Shipping policy

Due to the seasonal nature of the product the following is our expected shipping timeline:

Offseason orders: (May - October): Shipped first week of November

Pre-season: (October - Feb 1st): Shipped within 5-10 business days

Peak season: (Feb - April) Shipped within 1-3 business days. Reach out or check our website for daily updates on inventory availability and shipping times. 

All orders are shipped via UPS (United States) and DHL, UPS or USPS (Canada). Canadian deliveries will be subjected to an additional import duty based on the carrier chosen. We do provide an USMCA certificate of origin as well as the necessary customs paperwork for smooth import into Canada. 

Due to the product containing Lithium rechargeable batteries, all orders are shipped via ground. 

Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Please understand packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
